I just checked the Quest website again, and I guess the Journal will never be updated... I just wanted to know what place I got on the final puzzle, and if I was even correct.  Is that too much to ask?

Answer to puzzle #3 is below, highlight to read.  Don't highlight if you don't want the answer... if you want a clue, I'm not the right person to ask, because I'm not exactly sure why the solution is correct.  It's fun to see that people are still talking about and having fun with the Quest =)  I figured that attention to this board and the Quest in general would basically bottom out in the course of a day, or at the very least as soon as the solution was posted.  People are still even posting translations of various symbols, hehe =)
