BTW, almost everywhere is legal to carry, without a permit. The only time it becomes illegal is when it is concealed. When the code says "weapon" the definition is most of the time "carried with intent to harm".

Explain that away with Article X of the Bill of Rights.... Besides the fact that the ATF is not even a government agency. It is a corporation/beurocracy which by definition is nothing more than a contractual agency.

The Law did not establish distinct roles: civil and church. I disagree, God ordained both a civil magistrate, and a ecclesiastical magistrate. Both have equal authority, but both magistrates' authority is only over limited situations and persons. What exactly are you advocating as a matter of civil-church policy in your above comment?
