The double digits on the left represent the serires of one through eight.  Those numbers are the ordering mechanism for the final coordinate.  6   61 4   28 3   37 9   54So from the first marker; a 6 is in the #1 position and the #6 position.  I found it easiest to number from 1 to 8 ...
