I'm not sure if anybody is going to share the answers (I hope not), but we all can change ideas for solving the #21 puzzle. . . .let's work as a team, and may be we will be be the first of our contries. . .

Besides, nobody is gonna know if the #21's answer is correct, until Volvo let you know. . .so, if I saw coords posted. . . it's under my own risk to copy them and send them to volvo.  .'cause they could be wrong or false (or a fake) coords, don't you think?

To summarize this is what I found:
If you have mIRC, type in /join #POTC but if you don't, just go here: http://www.accessirc.net/pjirc/jchat.php?channel=%23POTC

However, do not click on that link to get there (it will take you to the goldrush area), instead paste that into your address bar.

Should take you to a box to enter your nick and then right to the POTC room. (You must enter a nick or you get an auto-kick from the room.)

For those of you who are joining us for the first time -- For "rapid response" follow Super Slugs directions to join us in chat.  Ongoing conversation, without the need to refresh!!  And our chat does have people from around the world. 

Look at the list of people there - you should see Zach, Steeplemedia, Scoutmom -- at least one of us is logged in almost all the time.

And for those of you who wish, you can log chat to your hard drive as well, so you have a record of everything.

(To log chat - when you are in chat, left, then right click on the POTC at the top of your chat window.  You will see an option to log in the drop down menu.)

If you end up in a room that isn't packed, you aren't in the right place.  But it's real easy to fix.  Just type:

/j potc

And you'll get to the right place!

I won't have the chance to compete tommorrow since it's right in the middle of my workday, but I wanted to wish everyone good luck...break a peg-leg!!! I certainly hope someone from Steeple makes it into the finals.  Thanks to all for your insights over the course of this hunt.  It's been fun!
