The following is the solution to the Sudoku puzzle variant that has been posted as the current puzzle challenge.  I was a little disappointed in this one because it wasn't all that difficult or unique.  I found the letters annoying so I just switched it over to the numbers.  The "variation" on Sudoku for this puzzle is that rather than the standard 3x3 quadrants within which you can only have one of each of the numbers, the areas are various shapes.  Those of us who did the Google Quest should be very familiar with this concept.

I couldn't figure out how to upload the screenshot I took of the completed puzzle, maybe it isn't supported on this forum, so I have just typed in the numbers for each row.  Don't look at this if you want to figure it out for yourself.
