I know this is sad but i could use a hint on #4

Its not sad. It took me a week to get past level 4. What you need to do is right click on the pic and download it to your desktop and do exactly what it says. ZOOM. The answer will be somewhere above zoom. If you are using a laptop, I recommend tilting your screen toward you and looking down at it. Makes it alot easier.
