The only thing I could find on it said they won or shared 4 so that's what I used and it seems to fit.

I picked up a copy at the library.  I lucked out, every other time I have gone to check out the book to read, all the copies were already out.

Try http://www.encyclopedia.chicagohistory.org/pages/114.html, second paragraph.  This page will also help you with question 25.

Re: ThanksUSA -- Chapter 11: Illinois

Thanks for the link eeyore.  That's  the page I was  looking  for but couldn't find my  way  back  to.

Now  here's  something to think about.

I'm  still  not sure of   25 The  # of  shared  titles by U of  C.   The article  lists 4 wins or ties  through the 40's.  You could assume  some  were wins  that were  not shared.  With all  the other answers entered into the sudoku  and solved as far as can  be with those answers the # could  be either  2,4  or 5.   If some wins were not shared the #  would  have to be  2.

But what about since the 40's?  Has Uof C shared  any titles since then?   If so, it could be  2,4 or 5.

If anyone  has  found  out  anything  to shed  some  light  on  this one please  post a  link  here.   I'm on my  way to the  library   to  look  for  the book  and  then out of  town.    This  has  been  the  hardest  one  so  far.  If the  next one  is harder  .   .   .   don't want  to think about  it!!!

    Thanks  everyone!!!!
