    Titus: A Comrade of the Cross...

    ...is being read by me right now.  I must say that I am actually somewhat disappointed with it.  {dodges stones}  Allow me to list:

    1.  The story is VERY long.  I think that it could have been written in a third of it's length. {dodges more stones}

    2. Practically the entire half of the book that I have read is completely focusing on Stephen.  Now, I know it's alright to switch focus every now and then, but a half of a book is a bit much... {dodges even more stones}

    I'll keep reading.  I at least hope that it has a satisfying ending.....

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, GR! How dare you, and those aren't stone you are dodging, they are granite blocks!

    The story isn't that long at all, it wasn't near as long as To Have and To Hold. There were allot of things to be written, it shows a wonderfully researched history of that time. There were two stories to weave in there that is why it was so long and why most of it seems to be about Stephen.

    Oh, and a very satisfying ending! It is very touching.

    My thoughts are that you shouldn't judge a book before you even finish reading it. And that you seem to have no interest for the diverse kinds of literature, LOL, joking Stick out tongue

     Persevere! And when you are done read the third book in the series, it is even longer and even better! If that can be possible, for Titus was really good!Big Smile
