    How about:

    Davis's Downfall

    or

    The Southern Mistake.

    Stick out tongue

I probably should be able to laugh about the wickedness of Lincoln at this point, 146 years and 3 months later. I probably shouldn't walk around from April to July each year wondering what our world would be like if honest Abe would have just obeyed the Constitution instead of tyrannically suspending it. 4:30 a.m. on April 12 should probably not mean as much to me as it does. I probably should not toss and turn wondering why Robert Toombs was the only Confederate congressman with sense enough to reject the motion to take Sumter by force. I shouldn't fret over what it must have been like for the John Merryman family. I shouldn't dream of a South that seceeded and was wise enough not to start the low tariffs so fast. I guess I really shouldn't broil with anger anymore when I consider the jailed Maryland legislators. I guess I am just old fashioned when I can't hold my tongue on the slavery angle of the war. And I guess maybe I should be able to smile when someone makes a joke about Davis' demise or the South's mistake. But for some reason I can't get over the 620,000 needless deaths that shattered our once-great nation and created a new and different nation, no longer truly based on the consent of the governed. I guess my anger toward Lincoln is just so much misplaced passion. Call me old fashioned. Call me stuck in the past.

But, remember, there are tyrants in every generation, and when they come for YOUR family, will you be ready?! If you look to the Constitution for your help, know that good ole honest Abe did not bow before it, not will the next tyrant. Just look at how we have quietly and mindlessly accepted the Patriot Act.

Well, I take that back- they (the neoMarxist God-haters) have already tricked us into giving them our children (satan's schools filled with God's children!!??) and our wives (empty homes and feminized work place, church and government!!??). The War of Northern Aggression drove an immense dagger into the heart of freedom and self-government, and we are almost dead as a result. The decay in the family and the church that led to the tyranny of the North has now swept across this land, and brothers and sisters, mark these words well, our nation will die by the hand of God unless He has mercy on us and grants us repentance and return to His ways. Don't think "peace, peace." Listen to the prophets of old. Repent and pass it on.

I think this qualifies as one of the best posts in the history of Seeples. Great Work, Bahnsen8!

    P.S. PM For you.

    May God Bless the South!

Quote me to your heart's desire.

Beware, though, for all the brainwashed, lukewarm, neo-Marxist mesmerized Americans around you might start to take notice of you.

Hopefully, I can drum up some profitable material for my blog here at Steeple, As It Is In Heaven. Drop by, ya'll.
