OK the animal lover in me couldn't resist - yes Rex is indeed the cutest Lhasa Apso I've ever seen! Is that a smile I see on his face?  LOL

Well since we're talking about dogs, I need to say that this picture you see is my buddy, companion and friend Spyro.  He's only 7 years old and about 3 weeks ago after being diagnosed with an ear infection, it appears that it's not an ear infection at all.  The vet says he has neurological damage or possibly cancer.  He'll be going to the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary Hospital for a neurological consult on December 6.  Although he still drinks and eats, he seems to have lost strength on the right side of his body.  He'll still go for walks but he won't play with me or my son anymore.

So I'm hoping all you animal lovers out there understand how difficult this is and I'm doing puzzles and stuff to take a break from all the attention he needs right now. 

I'm actually greatful to steeplemedia for being here right now. It's been a bit of a diversion for me.

I hear you! Losing a beloved dog, seeing them suffer, and not being able to do anything is one of life's horrible experiences. I felt the same way about our English Springer spaniel Odie. I still miss him today, 4 years later. So sorry.
