    you change the answer to Q7 to "6" (Bureau ...)
     
    AND
     
    you change the answer to Q9 to "3"
     
    Your total for the recycling part is 295.
    Multiply by 1269 and you have 374,355.
    Add 2,807,556 and you get 3/18/1911.
     
    3/18/1911 is the date of the dedication (by TR) of the Roosevelt Dam in Arizona.
     
    That's what I submitted and it appears to be correct, since the whole key is gold.
