A sad day for the cow family, today. My mother's dog Annabelle (pictured in my avatar) was laid to rest this afternoon. After a struggle with congestive heart failure for months and a very hard weekend the decision was made to end her suffering. She left us peacefully and will be missed.

You just can't beat the love and companionship of a good dog, can you?
