My Dad found a wonderful book about the Dare Stones, it is called "A Witness For Eleanor Dare" by Robert W. White.

My Dad raved over this book, he said that it tells the true story.

I found a chapter of that book online, and also the article, and I read them both.

I would fix the article except that all I have to point to as a reference is the info in the treasure hunt. I think I would need to know the name of the real person who came up with the refutation of the Sparkes article.

ACBookworm, do you have the book? If so you could use the info in it to fix that article!

Anyone can. You just have to set up an account. Totally free.Smile Of course, there is a chance that someone else will go in and change it back, but I doubt that will happen in this case.

We should add something about the JT400 featuring them in the "Popular References" section.  Smile
