I'm glad to see that you are all very happy that the blog is back! The other day when I heard about Bernie Mac passing away and I didn't know about it until about 12 hours after it happened, I really started to feel out of the loop! It was at that instant that I decided to create the new Dish layout and get the blog up and running again. Enough about me, here's The Dish! Alba Hooked on the Olympics... Actress Jessica Alba has become such an Olympics fan she has taken to reporting on it in cyberspace. The new mom admits she can't get enough Olympic action as America and China compete to win the major medals haul in Beijing, and she has let everyone know how she has excited she is via her MySpace.com page. Alright, a LOT has happened over the last few weeks! First off, I want to apoligize to my readers about not having any celeb dirt posts at ALL since December, thats been a MAJOR problem in my mind as well because I hear something and am like "wah????" because I havent read any dirt in a long time. So thats what this post is about PLUS, I should have a Big Brother post up in a little bit (I hope). Also, with Fit Club going on right now, its even more hard to cover EVERYTHING. As Zach reported earlier, Kanye West's mother passed away recently. Her death came the day after undergoing 3 plastic surgery procedures. Her plastic surgeon was to be interviewed by Larry King, however walked out during the show. He then came back and made a statement saying that he wasn't taking sides and that the West family was his side or something to that effect. Then Larry announced that the family had written him a letter indicating that if he spoke about it, they would ask for his de-certification. So then his lawyer came on an talked for a bit. Something is definitely going on there. On Tuesday, the mother of Jonathan Rhys Meyers passed away. Apparently, she had been ill for a brief time before her death. Jonathan was in Dublin promoting "August Rush" when his mother passed. Well, its like School Closings now! More and more shows are canceling their runs of the season for the moment... Some shows arent going to air again til late February because of the strikes! Hey Steeps, So I have been out of commission for a while. For those of you who don't know...I was out in LA taping for Wheel of Fortune! (And the crowd goes wild...lol). Well, anyway, I didn't make it to the bonus round (though I deserved to), but I did win cash and prizes. If you would like to see the show, it will be on December 18th. So I am back home now. However, my computer is out being serviced and I can not access chat from home right now. Cross your fingers that I get it back by the end of this week. But I do have some celeb news and TV recaps for you. Celeb News: TI is out of jail on $2 M bond and is on house arrest. I don't know how much of a punishment it is to stay in a expensive, roomy home though. He has petitioned the judge to allow Thanksgiving to be held at his house. He wants staff to be allowed to clean the home and yard. He will only be allowed guests during certain hours, only 3 at a time, must provide extra security on his own dime, and can not serve...

No review of Tuesday night TV today. But I have some more celebrity news for you! Michelle Rodriguez (of Lost, Girlfight, Resident Evil, etc): She was recently sentenced to 6 months stemming from charges of what else....DUI. That seems to be the rage in Hollywood. The star apparently did not comply with the court's demands and violated probation. We will see how much actual time she serves. The star had nothing but complaints about the entire process and stated that this whole case has cost her over $100K and that she has even lost her home. Work has also been difficult for Michelle, but she is currently in new Zealand filming the James Cameron film, Avatar.
