Hundreds of Twilight Screenings Sold Out...
LOS ANGELES, November 20 (UPI) -- Hundreds of Thursday midnight screenings of the vampire flick Twilight have been sold out in the United States, the ticket broker Fandango reported.
The company said theater owners are adding additional showtimes --
some as late as 2:45 a.m. Friday -- to meet the demand for tickets.
Based on the popular young-adult novel, Twilight has eclipsed both Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix on Fandango's list of Top 10 Advance Ticket-Sellers -- taking the No. 3 spot and knocking Goblet down to No. 4 and Phoenix to No. 5.
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith is No. 1, followed by The Dark Knight, Fandango.com said.
Twilight currently represents more than 94 percent of all weekly ticket sales on the Internet ticket broker's Web site.
"It's our fastest ticket-seller since The Dark Knight, Rick
Butler, chief operating officer of Fandango, said in a statement. "The
impressive advance ticket sales are clearly the result of the growing
Internet buzz from the novel's online fans. There are so many
moviegoers staying up late to see the movie at midnight that Twilight might single-handedly boost coffee sales on Friday morning."

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and her rocker husband Pete Wentz have become parents for the first time after welcoming a baby boy.
The pop star, 24, gave birth to son Bronx Mowgli Wentz on Thursday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The baby weighed in at seven pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches long.

Twilight actress Kristen Stewart has unearthed the secret of
co-star Robert Pattinson's overwhelming popularity with female fans -

Stewart stars alongside the "British hunk" in the eagerly anticipated

Madonna and Ritchie Granted Divorce...
Madonna and Guy Ritchie's divorce has been finalized following a hearing in London on Friday.
The British filmmaker and the Material Girl, who announced their
separation last month, were granted a decree nisi by a judge at the
clinical Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court in
High Holburn, London.
The couple will reportedly share joint custody of their sons,
Rocco, eight, and David, three, who they adopted from Malawi in 2006.
The boys will split their time between Madonna in the U.S. and Ritchie
in the U.K.

Paris Hilton spoke to Ryan Seacrest about her reality show, her plans for New Years, and her recent break-up from Good Charlotte's Benji Madden.

Garner Granted Permanent Restraining Order Against Alleged 'Stalker'...
Actress Jennifer Garner has been awarded a permanent restraining
order against her alleged stalker, ordering him to stay away from her
family for the next three years.
The Alias star was granted a temporary restraining order
against Steven Burky on November 7 after she submitted an alarming
declaration to the Los Angeles Superior Court detailing his behavior.
