Last night on Survivor...
27 April 07 07:58 AM | Zach | 5 comment(s)

Kelgatt responded to my call for various people who want to blog about their favorite reality shows. Here is what he had to say about last night's show.

Previously on Survivor:
Dreamz switched sides. Dreamz switched sides again. Yau-man won immunity. Dreamz switched sides again. Mookie stupidly gave Alex the HII (Hidden Immunity Idol). Alex, Mookie, and Edgardo think they have it in the bag. Dreamz switched sides again? Hell I can’t tell…..Edgardo went home. Eight are left. Who will be going home tonight?

Bula-Bula: Night 27
Mookie and Alex are pissed that Dreamz backstabbed them. (Writers note: What…you mean he actually played the game? GASP!) Earl and company explains why they had to switch it up on Dreamz at the last minute. Dreamz believes them for some reason or other….

Commercial: You know, that “Downtown” commercial with Diana Ross is really getting old…but I still like it for some reason.

Bula-Bula Day 28
Mookie and Alex confront Dreamz.
Dreamz: Why aren’t we hanging out no more?
Alex: Dude you turned on us
Alex: There were 3 votes for Cassandra
Alex: As soon as you voted for Edgardo it was the end for us
Dreamz: I voted for Mookie.
Alex: Is there a way out of this right now? (WN: Hahahah..yeah right…you two are
toast)
Dreamz: Just win challenges

REWARD CHALLENGE:
Randomly divided. Two teams. One person throws balls, teammates catch balls from either shooter. Reward? PRODUCT PLACEMENT! Olay soap, loofas, ride on a seaplane, luxury spa resort time. One person from losing team to Exile Island with new clues for idol.

Team 1: Orange: Yau-man fires balls—Boo, Cassandra and Mookie catch
Team 2: Green : Stacey fires,  Dreams, Earl,  and Alex catch
Fire 1: Neither team caught
2: Boo scores, Mookie scores Orange 2-0
3: Dreamz connects, 2-1
Uh oh, Boo is hurt…This cant be good.  Boo keeps going, wow
4: Dreamz scores for green..2-2
5: Mookie connects: 3-2
6: Dreamz connects 3-3
7: Mookie- 4-3
8: Alex steals: 4-4
Next point wins!
Dreamz catches! Wins reward!

Watching this reward challenge made me solidify how much I dislike Mookie. Yelling at Yau…tsk tsk….everyone likes Yau. I mean, Mookie’s like one of those kids in school who no one really likes, but he thinks he is the greatest person in the world and everyone like him..

(WR: I would hate to be the owner of that plane…all those dirty people in my plane. But it really makes me mad win the person wins the new car and gets in it..I mean I know you are excited but Ahh!!! It’s a brand new car…ok rant over)

Commercial Break

Boo and Exile island with a new clue
1) Idol is near a tree

Reward: Alex STILL thinks he has a chance….wow
Stacy showers, with Earl (not like that…..dirty minds)
They get food too? I mean I expected them to get food, but did Jeffy say that? I don’t remember.
Alex gives us some metaphor about a lion…I’m sorry I was still laughing about him thinking he has a chance.

Earl and Company return: Mookie is jealous, too bad buddy

Mookie finally figures out that Yau has the idol (I mean, there are only so many choices, even a broken clock is right twice a day) GASP! That ***! He went through Yaus stuff. He definitely knows Yau has the idol now. Ooo, Cassandra and Stacy in the bushes. They hear Mookie and Alex talking about the idol talking about trying to form a plan to out Yaus idol (WN: Wow they really are disillusioned. Mookie: Two great brains working together..HA! yeah right) The boys see Stacy and Cassandra. In the words of Alex (as I have been saying all along) ….”Were screwed”

Commercials: I’ve been entering that Survivor/Ford contest every week….I would go CRAZY if I actually won.

Mookie and Alex run back to blackmail Yau, which gives me more reasons for me to not like them..yay! Yau, like the gentleman he is, says do what you have to do. Alex tries to spin it around so it seems like Yau was surprised. Yau: I think I’m past the phase where I actually have to have it.(WN: bwahahah.you go Yau Alex: It least it caused some dissention, that’s what we want (WN: No, you idiot! It didn’t cause dissention. Stop lying to yourself, it isn’t good for your health) WN: I really like that Idol necklace by the way

IMMMUNITY: Select 3 blocks on a grid, knock out others squares….I’m a bit confused, but it looks like a giant game of battleship.

Dreamz hits Himself, Earl and Boo; Cassandra  hits herself and Yau; Mookie: hits Earl (2)
Earl hits Alex, Mookie, and Cassandra(2); Yau hits Dreamz (2), Boo (2), earl (out);
Stacy hits Boo and Dreamz (both are out); Alex: miss; Cassandra: miss; Mookie hits Cassandra (out); Yau hits Stacy and Mookie(2); Alex: miss; Stacy: miss; Mookie hits Alex (2); Yau hits Mookie (OUT!);  Alex hits  Yau (2);  Stacy has 2 left, Yau and Alex 1;  Stacy hits  Yauman, Alex, and Stacy…..STACY WINS IMMUNITY!!

Commercial Break

Aaaaaaaaaand we’re back…Alex and Mookie vow to cause them hell if they go down (Eh..cant blame them for that…I would do the same) Dreamz suggests getting rid of Mookie. Boo says Alex and Mookie may have found the other idol somehow??..Whatever…I guess it is smart So, doing the smart thing, they split the vote 3-3 Alex and Mookie, so even if there is another in play, they still get out their man. Good thinking guys

TRIBAL COUNCIL:
Edgardo looks much different without the beard… Usual tribal talk: Alex the hypocrite talks about rats and snakes. Mookie is a little less harsh, but still sounds like an idiot. Mookie talks about the idol,
thereby making himself look like a fool. (WN: haha…Jeff called Mookie a rat). Alex talks about karma…blah..I hate it when people talk about karma…It’s a game people…People vote you out, not karma

Time to vote: Mookie votes Boo..Didnt expect that Alex votes Mookie: OOO…good strategic move.

Votes counted: Alex. Alex. Mookie. Boo. Mookie. Mookie. Alex. Mookie. (which..interestingly enough, makes Alex the reason Mookie was voted out…that was a REALLY smart move by him, at least for this week).

Next week: Alex goes undercover
Boo annoys everyone and talks a lot The reward challenge is another one we’ve seen before….tearing meat off with your mouth….blah…but at least its interesting to watch.

Parting words….Oh Mookie…what a class act. ”I wish I could have stayed to make their lives as bad as mine has been”.  How nice.

Thanks!!

Sheryl Crow was JKing us
26 April 07 08:32 AM | Zach | 1 comment(s)

This is kinda a reply to Bj's original post about Sheryl Crow and the 1 square of TP.

United Press International

Singer and environmental activist Sheryl Crow wants the American people to think about conservation, even about everyday things such as toilet paper.

"Turns out her comments about limiting how much TP could be used at one sitting was a stab at humor," she said on her blog on the Huffington Post.

"And by the way guys, the toilet paper thing ... it was a JOKE!!" Crow wrote.

Earlier, Crow posted, "I propose a limitation be put on how many squares of toilet paper can be used in any one sitting."

Crow's conservation note came as she was wrapping up a U.S. tour, traveling in a biodiesel-powered bus promoting efforts to curb global warming, the Times of London reported Tuesday. It also came just a couple of days after her run-in with Republican political strategist Karl Rove, who reportedly snapped "Don't touch me!" when she touched his arm as she tried to talk to him.

Laurie David, who produced Al Gore's environmental documentary "An Inconvenient Truth," was with Crow at the time.

"I've never had anyone be so rude," David said of Rove's behavior.

Rove said David "came over to insult me and she succeeded."

Rosie leaves the View, Sanjaya and mom smoke pot

Thought that would get your attention... read on

Today is a celebration day… Well, maybe not for everyone… The Dow closed yesterday at a record high. And plus some more interesting stuff below!

On a side note, yesterday was the Northeast Ohio Journalism awards. I won two, Cover and General Feature. But lets not dwell on that…

 Eve Arrested After Crashing Maserati…

Rapper and television actress Eve has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in downtown Hollywood.

Eve crashed her gold Maserati into the center divider on Hollywood Boulevard early Thursday morning, according to celebrity gossip website TMZ.

Hugh Grant Arrested Over "Baked Beans Attack"…

Oui… this story.. just stupid. Hugh grant was arrested because he hit someone with a “tub of baked beans”.

  1. WHY was he walking around with the beans in the first place?
  2. and WHY did he hit someone?!
Sajaya's Seedy Past: Mom Ran Pot Greenhouse…Seems even after being voted off American Idol, eveyone's favorite cast-off can't avoid the spotlight - or in his mom's case - the grow lights. Sanjaya's mom, Jillian Blith, was busted for involvement in a family pot-growing operation. In 2005, Pierce County Sheriffs found some 310 marijuana plants in Blith's garage and in another location. When the cops showed up to the residence, Sanjaya's sister - Shyamali - keeping an eye on the plants, rolled on her mother and told them where they could find Blith. According to celebrity gossip website TMZ, Blith was arrested at another location set up for the same sort of gardening - along with Sanjaya's stepfather Charles Quist.

In his defense, reports do not link Sanjaya to any involvement in the family biz (at the time of the interview).

Rosie O’Donnell leaves the View…Rosie O'Donnell announced her departure from The View on Wednesday's show. "I'm not going away, I just won't be here everyday," the comedian/actress expressed on the daytime talk show, alongside fellow co-hosts Barbara Walters, Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Although O'Donnell, who took over Meredith Vieira's spot in September, will be leaving at the end of the season in June, she will be back as a guest host and for one hour specials on the show. Contract negotiations fell through between ABC and the controversial co-host/moderator.

The View's co-executive producer Barbara Walters says O'Donnell's exit on the show is an amicable one.

Heather Mills Voted Off "Dancing With The Stars"…

Still searching for someone to post about this…

Heather Mills has been kicked off the hit TV show Dancing With The Stars, despite winning over judges with her "great passion and fire" during a performance of the paso doble. The estranged wife of Paul McCartney was voted off the program Tuesday night, after failing to impress viewers with her dancing alongside professional partner, Jonathan Roberts.

Wasn’t she the one with the fake leg thing?

I think that’s good for now…

Virginia Tech Rampage Lasted Just Nine Minutes

Seung-*** Cho took just nine minutes to fire more than 170 rounds of ammunition as he gunned down dozens of his fellow students and staff at Virginia Tech last week.
Thursday, April 26, 2007

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Seung-*** Cho took just nine minutes to fire more than 170 rounds of ammunition as he gunned down dozens of his fellow students and staff at Virginia Tech last week, police said on Wednesday.

Police provided new details about how Cho killed 30 other people at Norris Hall on April 16, the deadliest such massacre in modern U.S. history, before killing himself as police raced up the stairs of the classroom building.

"Cho's shooting rampage inside Norris Hall lasted approximately nine minutes," Virginia Tech police chief Wendell Flinchum told a campus news conference aired on television.

Police still have no motive for the massacre and nothing to link Cho specifically to any victims at Norris Hall or at West Ambler Johnston, the residence hall where two people were shot two hours earlier.

"It took the officers about 3 minutes to arrive in the area of Norris Hall from the first 911 call," Flinchum said. "Five minutes later, the ... officers had breached the doors, breached the chains and made it to the second floor."

Three entrance doors to the building were chained from within and police could hear shooting when they arrived.

"As the officers were going up to the second floor, they heard the last gunshot," as Cho shot himself, Flinchum said.

Fifty people were also injured at Norris Hall, many shot, but others were hurt jumping from windows to escape Cho. He had fired more than 170 rounds and there was live ammunition left at the scene, Virginia state police chief Steven Flaherty said.

University and local police have been criticized for taking too long to issue a warning after the first shootings.

Flinchum said officers had arrived at West Ambler Johnston within two minutes after being alerted to violence there, and were questioning a suspect who had left the campus as emergency operators received the first call about Norris Hall.

Police have been piecing together Cho's preparations. He bought one gun in February in Blacksburg, the rural Virginia town where Virginia Tech is located, from a dealer who obtained it from a supplier in Wisconsin, Flaherty said.

The second gun was bought in March from a dealer in nearby Roanoke, Virginia, and Cho practiced shooting at "a couple of" local firing ranges, he said.

Cho also made videotapes he sent to NBC News before April 16, police said. He mailed them between the two campus shootings but filmed himself some time beforehand.

A ceremony mourning the Virginia Tech victims was held in Seoul on Wednesday. Pastors prayed in front of the U.S. embassy to South Korea and participants in the ceremony also delivered condolence messages written by South Koreans. Cho was an immigrant from South Korea.

The Virginia Tech shootings have prompted jitters across the United States. A New York 17-year-old was charged on Wednesday with writing a letter saying people attending his high school's senior dance would face a fate similar to the victims at the university. He said it was a joke.

Idol Gives Back: Part 2 -- Who goes home?
25 April 07 09:07 PM | Zach | 2 comment(s)
idoltop20070424.jpg is uploaded at imgplace.net

I completely forgot to start a post when the show started. Well, first off, I thought I would take the trash out early… about 15 minutes til the show started. BAD idea… I didn’t get back until 3 minutes into the show…

When I turned on my tv, Ryan was talking about how tonight’s vote will be a shocker. Then we went over to the Disney Theater. Ellen Degeneros was there and she talked about how the vote cant be that shocking “Am I going? Just tell me now! Oh come on! I cant wait” she says. Then she introduced Earth Wind and Fire which sang a montage of songs.

Next (all before a commercial break) Randy did a segment in New Orleans about Hurricane Katrina. Then we went into a Quincy Jones song written for the top 6.

After the break, we went to Ben Stiller. He said he would sing a song until we raised $500,000,000,000 (billion). He sings worse than most of the contestants who try out. Didn’t he read my audition tips???

After he was on screen, we saw more footage of Ryan’s and Simon’s trip to Africa. Was a tear jerker… It makes me want to give everything to them over there. They have nothing. They live in one room houses.

Tomorrow, on iTunes you can download all performances from Disney and the ones that will be in the main studio. Plus the studio recordings of the iDols (hahaha) songs from yesterday.

When we returned from the break, Ryan started to tell people are safe. Ryan says random order. Melinda is safe. Then Paula talked about her trip around the corner at the Boys and Girls Club. Another tear moment.

After that, we went back to Ellen who introduced Il Divo. Thought he had a great performance.

We returned from another break and Jack Black got to go on stage! He sang a song and was judged by Randy, Paula and Simon. Simon said the best complement EVER “I thought it was better than Sanjaya ever was!”

Next, Ryan went back to the Idols. Blake is safe. Then, back to Africa with Carrie Underwood. Just an awesome version of “Stand by You”. Once again… another tear jerking moment.

When we returned, we went down to the Disney Concert Hall. She talked about how she had breakfast with Sanjaya and he told her two things: 1) Condition every other day and 2) donate. Then she introduced Rascal Flats. Paula did another bit about some families in the south. Its very sad stuff we are dealing with.

We got to see the next and the longest Ford Music Video which was one of the funniest and best ones ever. Then we went back to Africa. At the end of the segment… lets just say its very hard to write right now. Once we returned, we went to Ellen who looked like she’s been crying since it started. If that wasn’t bad enough, Josh Groban sang You Raise Me Up. We need a break… Can I call a commercial break right here? Thank you.

What a night. I’m a wreck! I knew it was real but wow. We got to see a video sponsored by Exxon Mobil (probably why gas is so high right now…) Then back to Disney to see Kelly Clarkson perform. If you donate $10, you could save 20 children. Lets just say that I saved a lot of kid’s lives today.

Thanks Idol for cheering me up. I really needed those funny clips there. Back to the results. LaKisha is safe. That leaves Blake and Jordin. I personally don’t think anyone is going home tonight.

Another clip with Randy showing us kits that we could buy with a $25 pledge. Celine Dion was up next with an amazing job getting an old clip of Elvis and putting this whole thing together. That had to take MONTHS to get that right. Great thing is, I already own it. I’m still trying to buy I’ll Stand by you that Carrie Underwood just sang but its hard to get thru.

After the break, we learned that we were at about $30 MILLION. That’s 15 for the US and 15 for Africa. Ryan wanted to ask Simon how much he donated but Simon refused to say. So we went back to Ellen and I didn’t catch who was singing. Annie Lennox? Something like that.

We returned from the break, Chris and Jordin were both left to see who gets eliminated. Chris is safe as well as Jordin. I knew I was right. No one goes home tonight. However, next week, they will send home the bottom two. This weeks votes and next weeks votes will be added together to send home 2 people. Tonights show was really American Idol History.

The producers of American Idol decided to leave the lines open an extended amount of time so we will not have a total for tonight’s donations. We will find that out next week.

To leave you with some Idol Trivia that you didn’t know, Sanjaya is (gulp) 10 days older than I am.

Have a good night everyone and you can finally dry off your eyes and go to bed.

Where your money goes...

In the US...

Where the money goes: USA

In the U.S. many thousands of children and young people have an incredibly tough start in life, living in deprived areas where they may be out of school, neglected and at risk of abuse. In such areas, children and young people often miss out on the safety net provided by a good education and a stable family environment. The rebuilding of lives, the provision of health and literacy programs, after-school care and help in devastating family circumstances can make all the difference to setting a child on the right track in later life.

The money for the U.S. will be distributed by CPEF to a number of organizations, including:

The money will be distributed after the event, on submission of proposals from each of these organizations to tackle the issues above and associated problems.

Save the Children
Save the Children has worked in the United States since its very beginning in 1932, when a small group of concerned citizens organized a program to provide hot lunches for children living in Appalachia during the Great Depression. Today, Save the Children works with children in poor, rural communities in 12 states. By focusing on improved literacy for primary school children and early education programs, Save the Children helps children to break the cycle of poverty. The organization also provide programs in nutrition and physical activity to ensure that children have a healthy start in school and life. In the event of natural disasters, Save the Children is prepared to meet the unique needs of children. For more information, visit www.savethechildren.org/usa.

America's Second Harvest - The Nation's Food Bank Network
America's Second Harvest - The Nation's Food Bank Network is the largest charitable domestic hunger-relief organization in the country with a Network of more than 200 Member food banks and food-rescue organizations serving all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Each year, the America's Second Harvest Network provides food assistance to more than 25 million hungry people in the United States, including more than 9 million children and nearly 3 million seniors. Boys & Girls Clubs of America
Boys & Girls Clubs of America (www.bgca.org) comprises a national network of some 4,000 neighborhood-based facilities annually serving more than 4.6 million young people, in all 50 states and on U.S. military bases worldwide. Known as "The Positive Place for Kids", the Clubs provide guidance-oriented character development programs on a daily basis for children 6-18 years old, conducted by a full-time professional staff. Key Boys & Girls Club programs emphasize leadership development, education and career exploration, financial literacy, health and life skills, the arts, sports, fitness and recreation, and family outreach. CHF is also a vocal advocate, raising awareness about the persistent problems that continue to overwhelm millions of disadvantaged children and families in America. Where the money goes: Africa

In Africa, the money will be focused on delivering programs aimed at key health and education initiatives. Every single day in Africa, over 3,000 children and young people die as a result of malaria and HIV/AIDS and yet there is treatment and prevention that can keep them alive and help them to thrive. In addition, many thousands of children and young people spend their early childhood living on the streets and or working to help support their families because they can't afford to go to school.

The money for Africa will be distributed via CPEF to a number of organizations, including:

Joke: about Marriage
25 April 07 04:43 PM | Zach | 3 comment(s)
About 3:30 in the morning, a wife wakes up to find she is alone in the bed and she can hear her husband crying uncontrollably. She gets up and starts to look for him. He's not in the bathroom, living room, or in the kitchen. As she passes the laundry room, she hears his faint sniffels coming from the basement. She turns on the light and goes downstairs to find him. Finally, she finds him huddled in the corner, rolled up into a ball, and crying hysterically. She runs over to him and asks why he is crying. He says, "Do you remember when we got married 20 years ago?" She looks at him and says, "yes". He says, "well, a couple of months before, your dad said that I could marry you or go to jail." She says, "I already know that. I don't see what the problem is." He says, " don't you see!!! I would have gotten out today!"

Idol Gives Back, Part 1
24 April 07 07:58 PM | Zach | 1 comment(s)

Tonight is Idol gives back PLEASE call in your vote!!! I will be here until midnight dialing their numbers on 5 or so cell phones plus my 3 laptops will also be dialing. I really want to do my part for this!! NewsCorp is going to donate 10 cents for the first 50 million votes. That turns into $5 million!!! What a donation. Tomorrow night, we can call in donations.

Tonights theme is Inspirational Music. Tonight will be emotional.

Each contestant has 2 numbers that you can call. I will add them to the list below. HOWEVER, there isn’t two numbers for text voting. The number that is in bold is there texting number.

I have decided that this season I will watch the show and judge without the input of the judges. I mute them while I type my results. Then I replayed the results during breaks and said who I agreed with. Honestly!! These performances are in order so if you are still up until 12:00 PM EST tonight, you can still call in! Remember the number is 1-866-IDOLS(43657)-(their two digits eg. 01 or 12) OR if you have a Cingular Wireless phone, you can text the word VOTE to 57(their two digits). ((OK now I really feel like Ryan))

01, 07. Chris Richardson sang Change the World by Eric Clapton.

How I think they did: Well, it’s hard to comment on these guys after seeing the emotional opening video about Africa. I that was alright to me. I thought it sounded OK at the beginning but kinda went down hill from there.

I agree with Simon on replay.

My Order (This week: 5) (Last week: 5)

02, 08. Melinda Doolittle sang There Will Come A Day by Faith Hill.

How I think they did: The song she just sang is something that I would expect at the finale. That was truly a WINNERS performance!!

I agree with Simon (100%) on replay.

My Order (This week: 1) (Last week: 1)

03, 09. Blake Lewis sang Imagine by John Lennon.

How I think they did: I thought it was good. One of my “favoriter songs” but there is always a comparison to the original…

I agree with Simon on replay.

My Order (This week: 2) (Last week: 2)

04, 10. LaKisha Jones sang I Believe by Fantasia.

How I think they did: Didn’t she learn her lesson from last week? Don’t sing a song that an Idol sang at the finale or a song they wrote. This is probably my favorite Idol single. I do have a great copy of this song with both Diana DeGarmo and Fantasia singing it.

I agree with Paula on replay. What did I stutter? Yes, for once I said Paula

My Order (This week: 4) (Last week: 3)

05, 11. Phil Stacey sang The Change by Garth Brooks.

How I think they did: I thought it was ok. The feeds cut out right in the middle of the song. So I am sitting here with no show right now… His genre is country, definitely. He made some weird looks which made it worse for me…

I agree with <<FEEDS CUT OUT SO MISSED THIS PART>> on replay.

My Order (This week: 6) (Last week: 6)

06, 12. Jordin Sparks sang You’ll Never Walk Alone by Jerry Lewis.

How I think they did: I figured out who she reminded me of. Kimberly Locke. Her vocals are a bit different but she looks very similar.

I agree with no one on replay.

My Order (This week: 3) (Last week: 4)

This show is definitely a winners competition. Vote for your favorites and vote OFTEN. I am going to watch House on the tredmill and get the cell phones out and start dialing.

Updates to Changes in the Dish
24 April 07 08:47 AM | Zach | with no comments

Yesterday I posted about "Dishly Changes." Today, I made a decision. All the voters yesterday decided that they want Fifth Grade Fridays. I decided to agree with the voters. BUT I would also like to add the Joke post which will be a weekly thing. I might also post every so often about news stories.

Dont worry, I will still be able to work on Celebrity dirt. BJ did beat me to the toilet paper story though ;)

I'm going to be out of pocket most of the day tomorrow. Have a day long seminar so if you need me, and its life or death... I dont know what to tell ya...

I am looking to switch things up a bit... Over on the forums, I started a poll asking about starting a new segment. [Link] You can go there, log in and vote for your favorite.

Also, on the side (look to your right... little more... there) I added a "News" section where I will post various things that are HUGE news (such as the events that happened a week ago today)

Thanks everyone!!

Big Brother 8
21 April 07 11:05 PM | Zach | 8 comment(s)
Last year, a guy named Josh and I posted on a blog called Big Brother about the show "Big Brother." I was thinking about doing the same thing this year, but on this blog. I also wanted to let everyone out there know that the producers of Big Brother are looking for contestants for the show. I will post the rules in a little bit...
It would be nice if we could get someone from here to get on the show! Honestly, if you do, I am willing to get Steeple Media t-shirts made up for you to wear on the show. We would get tons of traffic that way. The catch... I'm not sure if we could do that or not...... I am doing Fit Club to eventually be able to try out for the show. I think it would be an awesome experience.
Ok, enough waiting, here are their Official Rules.

BIG BROTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS & APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Eligibility Requirements

. . .

1. If you are selected by the Producers for an interview in the Semi-Finals, you must be willing to travel at your own expense to be interviewed sometime around May and June of 2007 (or as scheduled by the Producers in their sole discretion) at one of the following locations nearest you: Boston, New York, Seattle, Los Angeles, Charlotte, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, Tulsa, Salt Lake City, and Lincoln. The Producers reserve the right to add, cancel and/or substitute other cities as interview locations.

If you are chosen to live in the house, it is your responsibility to make any necessary arrangements with your employer and family in anticipation of your extended absence from home.

4. The house is extensively outfitted with video and audio recording devices which will record, broadcast and exhibit your actions and voice at all times, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week in every room of the house for the duration of your participation in the contest. You will be observed at all times by the Producers as well as the general public watching on television and the Internet.

5. One participant will receive the grand-prize of $500,000.
