11-15 Dish: "If I did it, Here's How" -- OJ Simpson

Published 16 November 06 12:36 AM | Zach

What a dish we have today. I seriously want to kick O.J. Simpson because of the interview he’s doing. Keep reading to find out. Also, before I go on, I would like to invite all OSU fans to send me an email. I have just finished an “ingenious” montage of OSU fight songs etc. And some Michigan jokes thrown in the mix. I would also like to invite you and Michigan fans back here on Friday/Saturday to go back and forth with OSU jokes and Michigan Jokes. I have some good ones up my sleeve.

If I Did it, Here's How…

First of all, why would you say “If I did it”? Is he trying to say something? Now according to the headline, he’s going to explain how he would have committed the crimes. I say “Bad Idea.”

O.J. Simpson will appear in a two-part TV interview to discuss the 1995 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.

Simpson was acquitted of the murders in a criminal trial, but found guilty by a civil court case and ordered to pay $33.5 million to the families of both victims.

Trump a Grandpa…

The Apprentice star Donald Trump is set to become a granddad for the first time - his son and daughter-in-law are expecting their first child.

Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Vanessa are set to become first-time parents early next summer and plan to keep the sex of their baby a secret.

Did anyone ever watch that show? How bout the one with Martha Stewart?

Naomi Campbell Back in Court; Sued by Former Maid Again…

What did she do this time? Naomi Campbell would have been arrested if she failed to attend a court hearing in New York Wednesday, where she faces assault charges.

Campbell has a history of court no-shows and missed the last hearing in September.

The charges stem from an incident in March this year when the tempestuous catwalk queen allegedly threw a cell phone at her housekeeper.

I had Jury duty during the OJ trial so had no choice but to watch the trial (it was on the tv in the jury room).  In any event, having watched every part of the trial and OJ's susequent obsession with keeping this case in the limelight, I for one am completely disgusted that the media is giving him even one second of air time.  I wish they would simply ignore him because every time they discuss anything about this case it is in essence promoting his tv program/book.

Why would ANY father, innocent or otherwise, continue to discuss a tragic event, or in the case of this book, go into graphic detail about the events of the night (or alleged events) and subject their children, and the victim's family members, to yet more undue stress and turmoil?  I just don't get it.  OJ's selfish and morbid obsession with the death of his ex simply kills me.  He has issues, and I'm tired of his issues causing media frenzy's.  Enough already!

Jade's response just sent shivers through me.  The mere thought of having to be in that courthouse while that was going on is just too spooky for me.  I remember watching the original trial on Court TV like some obsession I couldn't take my eyes off (I worked at night at the time) and when the verdict came in, with every window in my house open, screaming at the top of my lungs!!!!

This show to me is appalling.  It appears that I wasn't around anyway due to my sick dog so there no temptation of "peaking".  Anyway, doesn't any monies he makes go immediately to the Brown family?   I just don't get the premise to this show at all!
