You don&amp;#39;t have to have yours be 10,000 like me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The goal is to post in comments EVERY DAY how many steps you walked, but it&amp;#39;s totally up to you how often you post.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There is NO competition between members of the 10K club, however there may be prizes from time to time for EVERY MEMBER who has achieved their goal and posted their steps every single day for a certain time period, e.g one week or one month.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Each day I will post the DATE and all you do is post in comments what your pedometer reading was for that day. We will be running one day late with posts because you won&amp;#39;t know your count for that day until the day is completely over.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You could also post your goal each day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;eg. The Fit Club has faded away and has turned into the Steeple Media Fit Club Fit Show! EVERYONE is invited to come and hang out with me and everyone else every Tuesday night! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tonight is the next show so I encourage you to come check it out! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#39;s a basic outline of the show... (expect a little different tonight)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 minute challenge - you do a 1 minute exercise two times then average your score. You type it in chat and the person with the highest wins a prize pick off of the prize board! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fit Know it all challenge - this is a Trivia round thats all about fitness and calories and such. I ask 5 questions, the person who gets the most correct also gets to pick off of the prize board. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fit-Go-Round challenge - this is a totally cool challenge that is 100% interactive. I start it off by giving an exercise (like 5 crunches) and then everyone does them. I also call out someone&amp;#39;s name. That person gives the next exercise. This one goes for a few minutes. The person who the exercise lands on, wins a pick off of the prize board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5 minute TEAM challenge - I pair everyone up. The pairs who earn the highest amount of reps or last the longest wins this challenge. Both earn a pick off of the prize board and if they match they both win the prize! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Due to recent water damage in my &amp;quot;studio&amp;quot; (actually my bedroom lol) Tonight&amp;#39;s show will be a Best Of show starting at 9:00 PM EDT. The winner of each challenge will receive 5 Fit Bucks. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is a raffle scheduled in a few weeks for some awesome prizes! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, if you join us for the Fit Show, you can create a Profile Page in which you can share with all your fit friends! This is also where your &amp;quot;Safe&amp;quot; is. Thats where you store all your Fit Bucks. If you dont have a page, then you have no where to keep the Fit Bucks &lt;img src="http://steeplemedia.com/emoticons/emotion-6.gif" alt="Sad" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Keep a photo Journal of what I eat in the forums.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, starting today at lunchtime, I will take a picture of what I ate and post it in the forums. I will photograph EvErYtHiNg I eat... I&amp;#39;ve seen people do this and it works for them. Hopefully I will email everyone tonight and get point allocations to them. I was really busy yesterday. &lt;p&gt;1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Make 1 healthy choice a day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3.Do &amp;quot;trunk&amp;quot; exercises 20 minutes a day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Pedometer - 60,000 steps a week&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Eat a serving of fruits and vegetables each day&lt;/p&gt;
