I've come to the realization that I am NOT fat. I'm just 50 lbs. of bone wrapped up in 200 lbs. of ham!!!
After I stepped on my scale the other day and it screamed out "one at a time please!" I decided I'd better do something about it, so here it goes. Another diet!!! Hopefully my last one!
