I don't know about you guys, but my activity level has taken a major backseat, and I'm ready to get MOVING again!
I'm making a New Year's Resolution to walk 10,000 steps on the pedometer every single day, and i want YOU to join with me so we can keep each other on track!
You can SET YOUR OWN GOALS! You don't have to have yours be 10,000 like me.
The goal is to post in comments EVERY DAY how many steps you walked, but it's totally up to you how often you post.
There is NO competition between members of the 10K club, however there may be prizes from time to time for EVERY MEMBER who has achieved their goal and posted their steps every single day for a certain time period, e.g one week or one month.
Each day I will post the DATE and all you do is post in comments what your pedometer reading was for that day. We will be running one day late with posts because you won't know your count for that day until the day is completely over.
You could also post your goal each day.
eg. Each day you might post something like this in the comments
Goal: 10,000 steps
Steps today: 5650
Comments: Was travelling on a plane all day so movement was limited.
