I'm ready!  Well, almost ready.  I mean, it's not till October 3rd.  If I really work at it, I could drop 20 pounds.  Okay, well, not 20, but maybe 10.  No?  Shoot.  Fine, 5.  Still no?  Whatever!!

OK, let's get real here folks - NOW is the time!! Come on, sign up!  Join us!  Have fun!!  Honest.  We had a great time with the original SFC.  Now is your chance to find out why.

You say "oh, no, not me".  Why not?  What better goal to have than being fit?  And enjoying the journey with friends!

You're still hesitant?  FINE!  Well, no dessert for you young man!  Are you listening to me, young lady?  Excuse me, this is "Mom" talking.  Unless you want to be grounded for the rest of your life, you had better just march your little fingers over to that keyboard and sign up right now.  Yes, I'm talking to you!  With the exception of a certain someone who blogs about his running, and who insists on using his initials (thereby prohibiting me from using the dread three name Mom technique - you know the one "First Middle Last!!! What do you think you are doing?) I think that just about all of us could stand to be a bit more fit.

After all, you only have to commit for 8 weeks.  It's not going to kill ya, you know!  In fact, it could just help you live a little longer.
