You'll need to buy special marked 20 oz Pepsi to get the code (or win a free Pepsi).  You enter the code for your chance to win.  Limit of 350 code entries per household (that's A LOT of Pepsi, folks!)  If you go to the rules page, they tell you how to get a free code by mail.

They are giving away a custom car per day, and $20 for gas every minute:

PRIZES.

1. Car Prize: Each Car Prize winner will receive a choice of one (1) of the following:
   
   1. one (1) customized "DUB Edition" 2007 Subaru WRX Limited including the following customized components: tires, wheels, body kit, and graphics.
      
      Total Estimated retail value is forty thousand dollars ($40,000). Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes (including, without limitation, sales tax and income tax), insurance costs, surcharges, registration, title, and license fees and other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle. Vehicle includes standard features; any additional options are winner's responsibility. Color subject to availability. Any vehicle displayed or pictured in promotional/advertising materials may not be the actual vehicle awarded. Winner will be required to personally retrieve the vehicle from a local dealership or location, as determined by Sponsor, and may need to provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance/registration. Failure to accept possession of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification of availability may result in prize forfeiture.

   2. one (1) standard model 2007 Subaru WRX Limited (without customization package) plus a check for ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Total Estimated retail value is forty thousand dollars ($40,000). 2. Cash for Gas Prize:
   Each Cash for Gas Prize will be awarded as a check in the amount of twenty dollars ($20). Cash for Gas Prizes will be automatically sent to each winner by U.S. postal mail at the postal address provided at the time of registration on the Web Site. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address may result in prize forfeiture. Allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery of Cash for Gas Prize.
   
   

No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as stated herein or as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall have no obligation to award any unclaimed prizes.
