Amazing Comeback - Colts to the Super Bowl Part II

Published 21 January 07 11:56 PM | scoutmom
Rallying from a 21-3 deficit, Peyton Manning led the Indianapolis Colts to a 38-34 victory over the New England Patriots.  It was the biggest rally from deficit in conference title-game history.

In two weeks, the seemingly unstoppable Manning and his Colts will face off against a Bears team that seems to have remembered what it takes to win, and win big.  Later this week, I'll take a look at each team, but for now, the fans in Indy and Chicago can start the pre-game partying a little early.  Tony Dungy suggested that rather than heading to Miami, the two teams could just "meet in Ft. Wayne and split the difference".

Lovie Smith and his long-time mentor, Tony Dungy are set to meet in a showdown that promises to be anything but dull.

My only request?  Please, please, PLEASE, no more commerical endorsements for Peyton Manning!!

That was a great game!  I never thought the Colts will be able to come back and I already gave up on them.  The early disappointment led to an amazing finish.

Great to see my colts finally making the big dance for football. Superbowl XLI should be very exciting. I went through an entire bottle of nitroglycerin.

You mean you don't enjoy Peyton's commercials?

I like the look.  I'm happy the colts made it since they lost this game last year.

Peyton's commercials?  Uh, no.  I mean, they were okay at first, but I am SO tired of the one with him and the fake mustache for the cell phone provider.

I see on the latest Las Vegas line that the Colts are favored by 6.5 points, with over/under at 49.
