My favourite kind of dilemma

Now that I have exam writing out of the way, I have a difficult - but extremely fun - problem to solve: where do I want to go on vacation?

I'm going to take one right after Christmas, and another in the late spring - I'm thinking May at the moment. The winter vacation will last two weeks, and the spring vacation will last a full month.

So far I've decided that I want to go skiing during the first vacation, and flying to another continent during the second.

Ideas?

Have you considered Snowbird and Alta near Salt Lake City for your ski trip? They are both within 1/2 hour of the city and Salt Lake is one of the most beautiful cities in the US. You would love it!

As for overseas, you can't go wrong with Paris!

I have not - mainly because I'm hoping to stay on the East Side of North America.

But it certainly sounds tempting. I'll have to check out the airfares to determine exactly how tempting. :)

Been to Paris; might go back though - thanks for the suggestions.

Lucky guy!  I'm booked solid on jobs through the end of May 2007, minus TWO days between Christmas and New Year's, which I've booked off since passing.  Hard to stay sour for long though, I haven't yet come down from the UFE passing high.
