Rules:

 Beginning on or about 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on December 7, 2008 and ending on or about 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 25, 2009 ("Entry Period"), visit http://www.LeverageHQ.com (the “Website”) and follow the directions provided to register and create a "team member" user ID and password (participants are solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of their passwords). Registration is free. Limit one (1) registration per person and per email address. Participants will have the opportunity to complete up to eleven (11) missions (each, a “Mission”) over the course of the Entry Period. A new Mission will be added to the Website each week during the Entry Period according to the schedule below (each, a “Mission Period”). Instructions on how to complete each Mission will be provided on the Website and are made a part of these Official Rules and are incorporated herein by reference. Participants will receive one (1) entry for each Mission completed in full compliance with the provided instructions and these Official Rules.  Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per properly completed Mission. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation will not be counted and may result in disqualification of all entries by such person. There is a maximum of eleven (11) entries by completing Missions per person and per email address for the Entry Period.  Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, for any reason, offer fewer than eleven (11) Missions during the Entry Period. TO ENTER BY MAIL (without completing Mission): On a 3”x5” card, handprint your full name, phone number, email address (if any) and date of birth. Send in an envelope via USPS to "The Leverage $100,000 Mission Grand Prize Sweepstakes" c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, 159 W. 25th St., 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001. Mail in entries must be postmarked by 2/25/09 and received by 3/4/09. Entries received after 3/4/09 are void. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope and per mailing address. Limit one (1) mail in entry per week (see Weekly Bonus Question Drawing below) for a total of eleven (11) mail-in entries.  Registrations, completed Missions, entries or mail in entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means (including mechanically reproduced mail in entries) or by other means that subvert or intend to subvert the registration/entry/Game play process (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) are void and may result in disqualification. All registrations/entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
