Anyone have any resolutions?
I am trying to do 10K steps on my pedometer a day! Check my progress out on the SM FitClub blog and join me if you like!
Hubby and I got a 1 week free trial membership at the gym. I have been working out every day to take advantage of it. We are going today to get a full membership (different gym, less expensive).
My goal is to hit the gym 3-5 times per week once I am back at work. In between, I'll be doing my usual routine at home.
