I took the numbers at the end and since they were all 26 or less I assumed they were alpha substitution. A=1 didn't work, but C=1 gave me:

I don't think that is the winning answer, but I submitted it just in case. More likely it is a joke, red herring, or clue. Seems pretty clear from the rules that the video itself is the puzzle, but so far I'm stumped. I also bought the DVD, but haven't had alot of time to study it yet.

The movie looks like something I would watch anyway, so I will be watching it. I will start a forum post for anyone who wants to share guesses, ideas etc on this!
